1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlipg platform – including the website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and any associated services – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jlipg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jlipg, including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any person who interacts with jlipg's services in any capacity. If you are accessing jlipg on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

jlipg reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jlipg's real-money gaming and betting services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any real-money game.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlipg, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jlipg or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jlipg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jlipg. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. jlipg shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlipg login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

• Notify jlipg immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Do not access your jlipg account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.

jlipg reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlipg are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlipg supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jlipg's discretion.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment sources is strictly prohibited. jlipg reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: As specified on the jlipg deposit page, subject to change.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the jlipg platform, subject to identity verification and any applicable security checks.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your jlipg account dashboard.
• KYC verification: jlipg may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

jlipg does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. jlipg is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlipg offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed by the same individual more than once unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• jlipg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method – will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using jlipg:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jlipg platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jlipg's software, games, or security systems.
• Using jlipg for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing jlipg from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlipg staff, support agents, or other players.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a ban or suspension.

jlipg reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlipg platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout – is the exclusive property of jlipg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlipg platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jlipg content without prior written consent.
• Use the jlipg name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on jlipg's content or software.

Any unauthorised use of jlipg's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jlipg.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlipg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlipg platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, platform downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jlipg service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided that jlipg takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.

jlipg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlipg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jlipg platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlipg makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

9 Responsible Gaming

jlipg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered jlipg players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Session time limits: Configure reminders and automatic session cut-offs to manage time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you need a break.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from jlipg. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during your session.

jlipg strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. 10 Suspension & Termination

jlipg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonus balances.

You may close your jlipg account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard jlipg rules, and the resulting balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11 Privacy & Data

jlipg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jlipg, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlipg operates within the PAGCOR regulatory context. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jlipg complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of play.

13 Amendments

jlipg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlipg will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the jlipg platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using jlipg and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
